Covid-19 update

During this period of uncertainty, we wanted to let you know that we are currently still open for business in line with government directions. We have revised our operations to ensure social distancing measure can be adhered to and have introduced additional cleaning and sanitisation equipment for routine use by all staff.

In our warehouse, our team is working incredibly hard to fulfill customer orders and get them on their way to you. That being said, with the safety measures that we have put in place paired with an increased volume of orders, it is currently taking up to two working days for items to leave our premises.

We use third party delivery companies and postal services such as Royal Mail and DPD to get your items to you and these carriers may have slightly longer lead times than usual due to social distancing measures and increased volumes of online orders being seen across the country. For this reason, please allow a little extra time for your order to reach you.

We are monitoring the situation daily and keeping up to date with government advice. If and when the situation changes, we will update you all via this page.
